Beginning Wednesday, September 1st, Wicomico Hunt will be having trail rides every Wednesday morning, weather permitting.  This week's ride will be at Jane Rhoades' farm in Denton, MD at 9:30 am.  Check the hunt lines each week for time and location.  This is a great chance to get new, green or unfit horses out to prepare for the upcoming season.  These trail rides will continue until crops are out and cubbing begins. 
Come out and enjoy the ride!

Hound Walks will be held at the new kennels in Willards beginning this Thursday, September 2nd at 5:30 pm. 
Hounds will be walked out on foot around the kennels.

Saturday, 18th - 4:00-7:00 p.m. Annual Crab Feast, sponsored by the Gay Family, Easton, MD. Tickets available from any master or Sally Gay.  $30.00 per person -- fun, food, all to benefit WHC.  For more info click on Member Page.

About Us....

Wicomico Hunt Club has enjoyed the centuries-old sport of "riding to hounds" on horseback on the Delmarva Peninsula since the 1920's. Today, Wicomico Hunt is the only remaining hunt on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia, as well as Delaware, that is sanctioned by the Masters of Foxhounds Association, the governing body of the sport.

If you enjoy riding and think you would like to participate in the time honored tradition of mounted foxchasing in a natural setting, we invite you to contact one of the masters to learn how you can participate in one of our many activities.
